Lived with his wife and 4 step children, father to one daughter of his own who lives with her mum in London.
Killed in a motorbike accident, someone pulled out of a side road whilst he was riding home from work.

Tony was my gorgeous husband, an excellent dad and step dad,and a very good friend to so many people. I miss him so very much, and always will, he was one a in a million.

Half Of One

We both knew that when we met,
the two of us were one,
but no one told me what to do
when half of one is gone.
What to do with half a heart
or half a will to care,
what to do with half a life,
when the other half’s not there.

You were the other half of me,
a heart linked with my own,
what should I do with half of me,
now that I’m alone?

I close my eyes and see you,
I see you just the same,
the way you walked,
the way you talked,
the way you said my name.

Silently tears fall gently,
which others do not see,
for my wonderful, loving husband,
who meant the world to me.
